Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence. Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement, or
• Initiate a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time and location, the booking shall be treated as a No-Show, and no refund shall be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shraddhasetu shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, travel disruptions, or unforeseen personal emergencies of service providers.

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
